What big change to you want to make in your life this month? Exercise more consistently? Eat better? Improve your relationships? Land/create that dream job?
Oftentimes, when we want to make a big change, we get stuck and we don’t take action because it feels so big. My advice: Just do something! Something, even something small, will move you in the direction of what you want to create. Do one workout. Go food shopping and stock your fridge and pantry with great food. Have a truly real conversation with your friend. Make a business plan. Do one thing. Do something.
