3 Strength Exercises You’re Probably Not Doing Yet

Looking for some variety in the gym this week? Try these three fun strength exercises, three of my favorites:

Bulgarian Split Squat
This is a fun, challenging, interesting exercise that’s sort of a hybrid between a squat and a lunge.

Horizontal Pull-Up
This is a great way to get into pull-ups if you have never done pull-ups or have not done pull-ups in a while.
